Anthem To The Trees by Ann Åhsberg

The tall stately trunks, I walk in a colonnade

-repercussion calm


The soul of the trees,
within nature's harmony

-still are separate lives


If only I was,
a tree with it's long deep roots

-when the strong winds blows
