To deliver a quality, contemporary, free site; that will enable easy networking for and promotion of creative talents from around the world.
About Us
StormSage Central was first launched on 2nd April, 2009. Rather than launching the site after it was built - we decided to do the opposite; allowing our members/followers to watch us grow, learn and evolve.
The concept behind StormSage Central came about when we noticed that many creative mediums were often hosted separately. There were Art sites, Blog & Journal sites, Poetry sites, Design sites etc; but it was rare to find it all on the one spot.
The goals of StormSage Central are to:-
- Have supporting and knowledgeable Site Officers (volunteers) that assist with running our great site.

- To allow members to be part of the StormSage Central creative process.
- Host a site that allowed for easy networking between our members.
- To recognise and promote all creative mediums on one FREE site.
- By way of contests; to reward our members for their outstanding work. (Returning Soon!)
- To evolve into a sharing, inspiring and creative collective of like minded people from around the globe.
- Be a place for new creative talents to network, create, share and grow alongside experienced mentors; with the aim of assisting in the growth and enhancement of skills and talents.
As we are a 'free' service we also need to keep our running costs to a minimum. We are able to do this in a number of ways:-
- Having great Officers (volunteers) that assist with running our great site.
- We use and recommend Google. Its free, easy to use, has so many extras like sites, gadgets, analytics, webmaster, Blog and best of all it has great tech support and forums.
- We will soon be launching SSC Advertising where individuals and/or businesses can purchase advertising space on a number of sites hosted by SSC. All profits will go towards the running and future development of SSC.
- We do most of our promotion/marketing on Twitter and Facebook, which is a free social networking service.

I have always enjoyed reading about the Intuitive Mind, and Psychic Powers, which I am Blessed with Off and On ~on an Irregular Basis. "Hauntings" Seem to Interest Me More than the Average Person, and I Have Had the Pleasure to Meet a Few Spirits in that Realm. After retiring in 2002 (to Rest I thought), I have been pursuing my Latent Artistic Talent and Reading up on Early 1900's Glass and Pottery. I Hunt Down and Sell Great Old Treasures~ the Ones I am not Convinced I Must Keep~ at an Antique Mall, On Ebay and on Etsy. I Also Make and Have Sold Stained Glass Art and Handcrafted Jewellery since the late 70's.
